About Tatva Indian Fine Dining
Established in 1996, our restaurant has proudly served the Anaheim Hills and Yorba Linda communities under different names, always focused on authentic Indian cuisine. In 2025, we rebranded as Tatva Indian Fine Dining with a mission to elevate every aspect of the dining experience — from the ambiance and service to the quality and presentation of each dish. We've refreshed the space, expanded the menu, and introduced new offerings like our weekend buffet feast, happy hour specials, and free delivery through online ordering. While the heart of our kitchen remains rooted in tradition, Tatva represents a new chapter — one that’s pure, flavorful, and thoughtfully crafted.

I am foody and I never write till I have gone to the place few times and have tried multiple dishes. Today, I take pride to write my review of 5 stars for service, food quality, presentation, and especially authentic mughlai and royal taste. Being vegetarian, I can vouch for veg dishes but my brother who is non veg and a certified chef also speaks very high of chicken and lamb and goat dishes. Bottomline, Tatva gets my 7 stars out of 5 and I recommend highly to any fussy foody to try one time to get hooked. Govind is the amazing chief chef and I give him all the credit. You might have to wait a bit longer but it's worth it. Enjoy your Indian beers while waiting.

A must-visit for authentic Indian food that punches way above its price point! My first trip to the USA, and after four days of desperately craving a proper Indian meal, I finally made the 30-minute drive from Irvine to Tatva. I walked in with high expectations after reading reviews, but I walked out completely blown away. As someone who’s extremely particular about flavors, spice balance, and authenticity, this place didn’t just meet my standards—it reset them. The 5 of us decided to go all out. Here is what we ordered. 1. Chicken Sheek Kebab 2. Murg Ka Soola 3. Murg Malai Boti 4. Amritsari Fish 5. Lasuni Gobi (veg) 6. Kashmiri Paneer Tikka (veg) 7. Butter Chicken 8. Dal Makhani (veg) 9. Dal Tadka (veg) 10. Rice 11. Butter & Garlic Naan 12. Gulab Jamun (sweet) 13. Kulfi with Rabdi (sweet) As for the food, every single dish was packed with flavor and perfectly balance. Nothing felt heavy, greasy, or artificially spiced. The kebabs and boti were tender, the Amritsari fish was crispy with a delicate, aromatic spice blend, and the curries were absolutely restaurant-grade in the best way. The Butter Chicken Dal Makhani were the best I have tasted so far. Even the vegetarian plates

I went there to place an order of chicken tika masala. This place used to be a semi-fast Indian eatery with decent food and price. For whatever reason they changed to a sit down restaurant with dim lighting, and elevator music. They also upgraded their furniture to fancier seats… Anyway, I went there, placed the order, and the receptionist told me it would take about 25 minutes. I paid, and told her that I will be sitting in my car just outside the door. She said she will let me know when the food is ready. 35 minutes later I went in and saw my food was sitting on the counter and was barely warm. And she failed to let me know that the chicken tikka masala doesn’t come with rice, and I have to order that separately. Besides that the food was overpriced. $38.80 for chicken tikka masala, one garlic naan, and a samosa. The quality was not good either. Will not go back to this place, as there is another Indian restaurant 10 minutes away, called Everest, with excellent food, fair prices, and nice owners.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolute wonderful experience at Tatva Indian Restaurant in Anaheim! I tried the jackfruit biryani for the first time, and wow—it tastes just like a non-veg biryani. Every bite was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel completely at ease. Every dish we ordered was fantastic—not just bursting with flavour, but beautifully presented and generously portioned with all perfect spice levels. Some must-tries: • Palak chaat (spinach chaat) – full of flavor. • Crispy Gobi Manchurian – so crispy and delicious. • Diff Varieties of Parathas with curries – soft, fresh, and flavourful. • Paan ice cream – unlike anything I’ve ever had! My son loved the Malai Chicken—he said it’s the softest, most tender chicken ever. Every dish shows care and passion, and we really enjoyed everything right from the warm welcome to the desserts, every detail was handled beautifully.Hands down the best Indian restaurant I’ve visited in the USA. Highly recommend!
